I have searched for information about this sea horse but so far come up with nada. She is made by Simba Toys, that also made a lot of Disney dolls a few years back. It is the second (pink) sea horse for Barbie sized dolls as far as I know. Barbie had one filled with bath foam, that came along with the Tropical Splash crew in the mid 1990's. This "girl" is made of hard plastic and the doll can sit on a golden saddle on her back.
