| Pia was friends with a doll called Caroline sold by the Swedish store TEMPO in the 60s. Her likeness with Midge is down to the spot but made of light, hollow plastic. The doll I have has turned grey with time and her lipcolor looks weird and glowing. Still she is an interesting addition to my Midge collection :-) I got her in a bag lot with vintage clothes, some home made. This baby doll/pant PJs outfit is made of a "kitchen drape" lace fabric in red and white with light pink fringes. |
