Another of the International Series' dolls was
Italian Barbie in 1980 and she is the ONLY doll that have been made with this mold in the
Barbie line. This is a very rare doll and some people don't even realize she is a Mattel doll as she is so rarely seen. In the '70s there was a couple of dolls called Sun Spell and Moon Mystic and they were both Guardian Goddesses. Markings in the back of her head: ©1978 Mattel Inc Doll belongs to Rebecca Chulew. |
