Mr. Spock from Star Trek got his own sculpt - due to his very pointed ears. I think his nose, mouth and chin are the same ones as Legolas'. They differ in face width, with Legolas being wider over the forehead. Spock's ears are pointier than Legolas' and quite hard to photograph with his short helmet hair.

Mattel made a new set of dolls in 2016 with Captain Kirk, Mr Spock and Lt Uhura, all with a likeness to the actors. Mine are all in box so I don't have any stamps for them. Mr Spock from this set has molded hair and is a spitting image of Leonard Nimoy's character.

Pointy ears

Can you see the pointed top of the ear? Very hard to photograph as the hair kept falling back.
