Just as people thought Mattel had made all the dolls for the movie, they set
out a preorder for a new Ken doll, this time with a closed mouth sculpt and
everyone howled and wondered why that sculpt was not used for the Mojo Dojo
Ken doll. Ken was made with the lovely rainbow colored hoodie with "I am
Kenough" emroidered on
the front.
In 2024 some of the previous released Ken movie dolls were seen in new
releases with this closed mouth Ryan sculpt. Not sure why. Solved copyright
issues? I will have to try and get some of them as they slightly differs
from one set to another.
