My three Asian kids. Julie and Mei are sisters and their family comes from China. Winnie is born here by native parents that are of Thai origin. 

Julie likes geography as small as she is and always asks about her own inheritage and the land of China. It really fascinates her to hear all the stories about Dragons and the big wall that goes right through the big country. 

Mei goes to kids' dramaclasses as she likes to play theatre and acting is so much fun. This comes from Dad that was part of a show on a famous story about a country girl that saves her land as a warrior in the Emperor's Army, although women weren't allowed there. The story is called Mulan and Daddy is so handsome dressed up as an Army Soldier. 

Marina is one of my absolute favorite oriental ladies. Here she is dressed in gala to go to a movie premiere with Shanee. They are going to see the premiere of a movie starring Marina's husband Shawn and he is playing the part of Li Shang, a soldier in the Chinese Emperor's Army but the star of the film is a farmer girl named Mulan. It's an old Chinese story. 

Julie and Mei are so proud of their Daddy and wish they could come to see it too but they are too small and has to stay at home with their babysitter.
