The fabric for the bodice of this
tutu is a white jersey with gold-swirls. I tried to make a tutu of it in
the same style as the bathing suits are made. It's not that stretchy but
it worked out fine. I added two broad goldribbons for straps. For the
skirt I cut a white tulle and a goldnetting in a petaldesign and added a
gold-ribbon to the waist.
