A Southern Belle? This beauty is wearing a black and golden gown.
The skirt is made of a striped fabric in gold and black with a nice structure and the bodice is made of black silk with golden straps. She also got a shawl in a black poly-silk with golden dots accented with a golden tulle all around it. For the photo I also put up her hair with a piece of the golden tulle. A friend of mine owns this dress. |

| This is the first gown I have ever made. I got this piece of black and silver-fabric from my Sister-in-Law and it was just enough to make a skirt of. I added a bodice of black silk with a silver-edge and silver-straps. I also had a black velvet knockoff-hat that Marina is wearing to the right and there she also has a black velvet-shawl over her shoulders. That one is lined in a plaid lamé in silver and black. | ||||
