Dressing Blue

I had a tiny piece of a turqouise polyester-knit from the '60s with white houndstooth-pattern and stars on it that would make a great Swagger-type of coat. It just happened to match another fabric I had that made the dress Christie is wearing to the left here and middle above. The blue dress is made of satin with a bolero-type of jacket and an overskirt made of an old fabric that used to be a blouse with a cute Paisley-print. The yellow dress to the right is another old blouse cut to pieces. The belt is made of three narrow satin and silk-ribbons.

Two girls posing in Blue. Both fabrics are weaven with a laméthread. The blue one to the left is VERY seethrough which can't be seen here. I gave it to a friend just as the aqua-colored one to the right. That one is made of an old blouse that I found at a second-hand Red Cross-store. It had HUGE shoulderpads and a real '80s look and would make a perfect scale for these 11"-girls instead so I bought it.
