Barbie is working one of her 250+ careers, here as a dentist to a tiny patient girl. Barbie is a blonde Millie with middle parted straight hair and blue eyes or a sun kissed brunette Neysa with brown eyes. She is wearing a plaid dress in blue/turqouise with yellow flower prints under a white doctors robe. White shoes on the flat feet. Barbie also has a pair of baby pink glasses that she doesn't seem to need on regular basis, as they are placed with the dentist accessories. The patient is a girl with poufy pigtails and closed mouth. Mille's patient is a light skinned AA girl with brown hair and brown eyes and Neysa's patient has bright yellow blonde hair and blue eyes. They wear a striped dress in the colors of the rainbow and purple toddler boots.
