Kelly/Shelly 'n Friends - Cute' N Cool Fashions, ©1997 Arco was a company that made fashions and play sets for dolls and Mattel eventually bought it. In the 90's the boxes was still marked Arco and licensed by Mattel. These sets with ©1997 includes five outfits for Kelly/Shelly and her friends with several more pieces to each outfit. The backdrop has a big photo with Kelly and her friends "wearing" the outfits. US Kelly version have names on both the doll and fashion piece on the backdrop, but the European Shelly box does not. Three pair of shoes in various models and colors are included in each set. Some of these pieces were released previous year, but in other colors. Unmarked photo below is from picclick/eBay.
