Barbie & Kelly - Springtime, Dress'n Play, ©1996

This is one of the sets I never found - or bought. It's a typical Arco play set with a flower planter and a lot of small accessories but also a matching pair of early summer dresses for Barbie & Kelly. Barbie has many sets of this type but this is the only one I know of, with a matching dress and hat for Kelly.
