Ocean King Ken was a Signature Member Exclusive, sold through preorder in
2021. As he is a Platinum edition, not many got the chance of buying
one and he quickly sold out. Mattel gave this Merman a brand new face
sculpt, they dubbed Julio (as usual, I guess from one of the Mattel
employees) and he has a striking new face sculpt.
