In 2019 Carlyle Nuera gave us a series of colorful dolls in very hip street
wear. One of the boys was a true Diva in bright green flock and colorful makeup. His face is
well known from the old Tango sculpt, with a new swivel neckline, and the
sculpt has a new year stamp. The sculpt have the ID number of this
particular doll, which is a rather new thing for Mattel from what I can tell. First
doll to use a new sculpt gives the ID number to the neck stamp.
