Chelsea is the new sister of Barbie's and she debuted in a christmas movie
on DVD. Kelly disappeared and Chelsea appeared. It was said that Chelsea is
a more international name. Kelly was renamed Shelly when travelling overseas,
while Chelsea is Chelsea everywhere. Two faces are used for Chelsea and her
friends and they are taller than Kelly ever was. The open mouth is more
common than the closed one.
