The No Neck Kelly dolls had four different head sculpts. This sculpt is very "flat" with just a little tip for nose with a wide smile. There is a slight opening where the teeth are painted.

Kelly got painted teeth in the version pictured below. I think there are two versions of this girl as I have seen photos of her with the Sea Pixies face.
