This sculpt is the most used among Kelly/Shelly and her Li'l Friends. It is the second sculpt after the bottle mouth and here, Kelly/Shelly has teeth, more or less visible, as some are painted and some are not. I think the first painted teeth came in the dentist sets. A lot of time has passed since I knew everything there was to know about Kelly :)

Below I have put randomly picked friends - tried to find at least one of each friend but there are many, many, many others with this face. Some of the dolls changed names when crossing the border - some from start, others after a year or more. Some lost their "foreign" name and some names were recycled. And of course, the names changed character - as in the Asian Jenny turned into a Hispanic girl, Lorena with bright red hair, suddenly had jet black hair (Jenny like), Marisa was black in a set, etc, etc.
