This is one of those specialty sculpts too - or a whole specialty doll. These dolls come with a small speaker (Barbie sized stereo) and can be connected to, say a mobile phone and "talk" or "sing". Their mouths are moveable to mimick talking/singing. There is a harder skeleton inside her face and the skin is soft.
