The Harlem Theatre series gave us a brand new sculpt in 2017, with the Selma DuPar James doll, designed by Carlyle Nuera. Selma had a great face with huge lips and makes a wonderful black doll. I have yet to see her live, but think I will buy her some day. I did however buy the black version PUMA Barbie doll as she had the same sculpt with those huge lips painted in a great bubble gum pink tone.
