Kattis Dolls

Aphrodite Barbie was created by Linda Kyaw and released in 2009, at the same time as Kentucky Barbie. They had a new face that collectors either love, or hate. Some like it, some don't. The face is also referred to, by Mattel, as the "Open Mouth Mackie". She has a slightly open mouth. A variety of dolls has been made with this sculpt.
