The Fashion Fever series took a new turn in 2006. Barbie and her friends
shrunk. For the first time since forever, Barbie was shorter than her 11½" -
in her new not-much-liked "hobbit body" (hobbits are short). Along with that
change, Barbie and Teresa also got a couple of new faces to share. One was a
smiley face.
