Steven is the longest hangaround black male pal. The saddest part about
Steven is he rarely left the beach crew. Only in one version, the male
counterpart to Ebony Christie. As Ken has "never" been sold in a black
version in Europe, the first dressed Steven doll we got, was a Ken in
dusquise. US got Ken and we got Steven. No hard feelings from me, as this
time around I have both versions. Wish I could say the same about the Ebony
Christie doll. Anyway. Back to Steven. He has to this date, as far as I
know, been made with four sculpts as seen below. The two newer "Jamal"
sculpts are both marked 1991, as well as a new year, which leads me to
believe they were altered from the original 1991 Jamal sculpt.
