Defa Lucy surprised the world in 2024 when they released a collector doll. They called her "ICON". She had a body type, much like the Integrity type of dolls. Far from Defa Lucy's old stick leg dolls. So far all the collector dolls has been made with the same head/face sculpt.

Just a few weeks after the first, a second was presented. She was the "same" doll but with blonde hair and a grey suit, while the first had red hair and a black suit. A short while later No 002 popped up. She was an AA doll with bright blue eyes. All the dolls in series one has a side glance and they come in a variety of skintones and eye color. Defa Lucy also released a series of fashion pieces to mix and match with the ones the dolls wear. Different colors in same cuts. 

Series two is called PARIS and there are as of today (Dec 2025) four dolls released. They use the same sculpt as first series but have gotten an new body, with more articulation points.

The playline also developed from crazy stickleg dolls into a much better quality dolls with fun themes and well made clothes. The first boom collectors noticed, came with dolls inspired by Barbie's EXTRA dolls and the dolls had fun clothes in crazy color and fabric mixes as well as fantasy hair. The hair though is not a really fun subject as most have rooted nylon. There are also DefaLucy series inspired by other Barbie dolls, like Barbie Basics and the Fashionistas. I have a few of the playline sets - and some dolls under the name Judith, that usually are the same doll as DefaLucy, but sold via a Danish company. South America have their Brittany, another name for the "same" doll, but with some dolls never seen elsewhere.

Then came the LOVE series. There were rumors about a male doll, but we have yet to see one. Five girls in rainbow pastels.
